A new girl named Rosie joins Justin's delinquent class and falls in love with him, but she's very bad at magic because she's an angel. Justin thinks that she will ruin his and Alex's chance of catching up to Max in the wizard competition, but Rosie tells Justin that he can meet young Juliet in heaven, but the only way is if he becomes a dark angel.
